Boiler Water Chemical Treatment

We supply boiler water chemical with services such as site checking, water testing, reporting and technical advise. Between, Ekomax also provides soda boiling as initial start-up and boiler off-line cleaning to remove hard scale deposit.

Chemical Dosing Equipment and Skid

We supply manpower to fabricate, on-site installation and PLC programming for chemical injection skid come with chemical dosing pump, chemical tank and agitator based on chemical treatment program and specification.

Paint Detackifier Treatment

We supply paint sludge chemical for solvent and water based paint. Jar test will carry out as preliminary and proven testing to customer, to achieve the best detackifying and treated water result.

Water Treatment Plant Maintenance

To supply labour and material for service and maintenance job for customer (not limited to the following):

1. Replace float level sensor for DI water storage tank.
2. Service and replace parts for diaphragm pump.
3. Resin replacement for DI column.
4. Chemical cleaning job for heat exchanger and etc.

Confined Space Cleaning

We provide competant person such as authorised entrant, entry supervisor and authorised gas test personnel, manpower, tools and material to carry out confined space cleaning job.
